Since 1991, the South Okanagan Similkameen Brain Injury Society (SOSBIS) has supported individuals with acquired brain injuries in Penticton, BC, helping survivors and their families build independence and overcome challenges through comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop landlord relationships and maintain affordable housing for individuals with mental illness.
· Collaborate with community mental health services to ensure integrated service delivery.
· Provide ongoing, flexible support to clients in their home environments.
· Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding housing and support services.

Qualifications:
· Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act and related legislation.
· Post-secondary training in Mental Health Work or Human Services.
· Valid First Aid Certificate and Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
· Proficiency in computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Clean criminal record check.
