Le Poste :

À titre ingénieur junior au sein de notre équipe de génie conseil à Montréal, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la prestation de services et de solutions exceptionnels à nos clients. Vous serez plongé dans un environnement collaboratif et acquerrez une expérience concrète à travers différentes phases de projets, tout en représentant Sense Engineering avec un niveau de professionnalisme et de dévouement qui nous distingue dans l’industrie.

Responsabilités générales :

  • Adoptez une attitude positive, un solide sens du travail et un esprit d'équipe. Assumez vos responsabilités et concentrez-vous sur les solutions à apporter.
  • Représentez Sense Engineering de manière professionelle, en établissant des relations positives avec les clients, les entrepreneurs et les autres consultants.
  • Approfondissez votre compréhension du génie du bâtiment, tout en partageant vos connaissances et les leçons apprises avec l’équipe.

Responsabilités techniques :

  • Participer à l’évaluation de bâtiments, aux inspections en chantier et aux expertise techniques
  • Assister avec la coordination des projets et contribuer à leur bon déroulement
  • Assurer la liaison avec les clients, entrepreneurs et autres intervenants pour une communication fluide
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des rapports d’évaluation, documents de construction et offres de service
  • Représenter Sense lors des réunions clients et autres activités de réseautage en maintenant des standards de service exceptionnels
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, au besoin

Ce que nous rechercons :

  • Baccalauréat en génie structural, génie du bâtiment, en génie architectural ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en communication (écrite et verbale en français).
  • Une maîtrise du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est requise.
  • Un niveau intermédiaire d’anglais est requis pour interagir avec les parties prenantes anglophones et leur fournir du soutien, y compris les clients, les entrepreneurs, ainsi que les professionnels en ingénierie et en architecture. Cela inclut notamment des réunions clients et des communications écrites sur une base hebdomadaire.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office, notamment Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Éthique de travail rigoureuse et souci du détail, avec un esprit axé sur le client.
  • Solidaire avec esprit d’équipe désireux d’apprendre, de contribuer et d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Engagement envers l’innovation et l’exploration de solutions nouvelles, ainsi qu’un fort désir d’apprentissage continu et de partage des connaissances au sein de l’organisation.
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un moyen de transport fiable requis.
