WHATS THE JOB
Reporting to the District Manager of the Oilsands the Operations Manager Oilsands is responsible for overseeing the Lodge Management team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and execute the strategic vision of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a majority field-based role with approximately 80% of time spent in the field and 20% hybrid. The nature of field operations requires availability on some weekends to meet client and business requirements.
