Municipal Survey CAD Drafter -SK




who has experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.




The Work:





  • Drafting of Land Titles legal survey plans - includes subdivision, condominiums, utility right-of-way, etc.

  • Drafting of real property reports, and topographic surveys

  • Calculations of property boundaries, foundations, and grades

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

  • Creation of clean and professional looking deliverables

  • Ability to work with field crews and Project Leads to understand job scope and deliver professional products to Connexa's clients

  • Ability to liaise with clients, offering solutions and customer service

  • Quality Control of field data and calculations

  • Basic understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system

  • Ability to work unsupervised from home using Connexa's virtual system




What you bring to the table:





  • Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to Connexa

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to liaise with clients

  • Creativity

  • Five years of experience in municipal surveys and land surveying
