Senior Business Process Engineer

The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor accountable for leading endtoend business process discovery design optimization and solution implementation. Acting as a process design expert you will ensure processes are clearly defined scalable automated and reduce process IA Engineering team manages a variety of investment analytics functions including developing and maintaining analytics processes. The team acts as a steward of the financial groups analytics platform supports the delivery of post-trade analytics to stakeholders and supports investment teams in developing custom analytics as needed. WhatYoullBe Doing

• Execute the analysis design implementation and evaluation of analytics process improvements.
• Ensure processes follow design best practices are scalableandare to simplify processes reduce manual effort address common points of failure and strengthen controls.
• Proactivelyidentify mitigate and escalate process risks. Implementappropriate controls.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology teams. Understandcurrent-stateand change management; ensuredownstream users understandthe purposeofand adopt new processes.
• Act as a process design expert and escalation point for process optionsandrecommendsolutions.
• Produce clear process design documents and visuals ( maps RACI matrices supporting process documentation best practices etc.).

WhatYouBring

• You have a degree inbusinessinformationsystemsor arelatedquantitative/ training in processdesign of a financialdesignation such as the CFA or FRMisan asset.
• A minimum offive years ina businessprocess design/transformation/engineering inassetmanagement financialservicesorasimilarly complex environmentis an asset.
• You have deep knowledge in the field are a system thinker and take ownership of your have a proventrack recordofleading anddeliveringprocess improvement initiativesfrom end to endon are proficientin process modeling tools such as EngageProcess Modeler.
• You have a passion for technology and are committed to continuous learning. You support the integration of emerging technologiesin processes bring the art of the possible to the solution design process.
• You have practical experience with modern systems usedindata pipelines and understand what role different software plays in a process and where it is best to make certain bring knowledge of AItoolsworkflow automationplatforms( Prefect)data platforms( Fabric) and data visualization tools().Programming experience (Pythonsql) is an asset.
• You bring excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills. You can detect patterns and extract insights.
• You cancommunicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. You have a collaborative spiritcan navigate different perspectives and promotealignmenttowards common organizational goals.
• Youcanidentify assess mitigateand proactively escalateprocess understand the cost implications of differentcomputeoptions.
• Youcanuse judgementtomakesound decisionsina timelyfashion under can workindependently and proactively propose solutions.

The salary range for this position is $90000-$120000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by addition there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
