Nous recherchons des Finisseurs qualifiés pour rejoindre notre équipe de production. Ce poste comprend le sablage le polissage le lustrage et la réparation de produits de bain en composite haut de gamme en respectant des standards de qualité stricts.
La rémunération est déterminée selon le niveau de compétence démontré.
Structure de Rémunération (Basée sur les Compétences)
Niveau 1 Finisseur Général (2500 $/heure)
Niveau 2 Finisseur Intermédiaire (3000 $/heure)
Niveau 3 Finisseur Composite Avancé (3500 $/heure)
Le positionnement salarial final est déterminé lors de lentrevue et de lévaluation pratique des compétences.

Position Overview Finisher
The company is seeking skilled Finishers to join the production team. This role involves sanding polishing buffing and repairing high-end composite bath products while meeting strict quality standards.
Compensation is structured according to demonstrated skill level.
Compensation Structure (Skill-Based)
Level 1 General Finisher ($25/hour)
Level 2 Intermediate Finisher ($30/hour)
Level 3 Advanced Composite Finisher ($35/hour)
Final wage placement is determined through interview and practical skill evaluation.
