We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, particularly in gas and refrigeration. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers and internal teams, ensuring the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
The ideal candidate has a solid technical background and holds relevant certifications such as Gas Certification and/or Refrigeration License, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The expected base salary range for this role is CAD70,000 – CAD85,000. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the position. This job posting represents a current opportunity within the company.
