Job description

About KOHO

We’re on a mission to make financial services better for every Canadian. That means no hidden fees, no predatory interest rates - just financial products designed to help our users spend smart, save more, and build real wealth. We’re a performance organization with a strong heart: we care deeply about outcomes, and everything ties back to our mission - to financially empower a generation of Canadians.

At KOHO, we’re not your average 9-5. We believe real impact comes from people who are trusted, empowered, and supported to do their best work - without sacrificing their lives to do it. We prioritize work-life integration, not just work-life balance. That means asynchronous collaboration, flexible hours, and a remote-first setup built around autonomy and high trust.

KOHO is entering its next chapter - leaner, smarter, more AI-integrated. We’re building for impact, not bureaucracy. If you thrive in environments that value clarity, ownership, and bold thinking, you’ll fit right in.

About The Role

We're looking for an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you'll be part of a team responsible for the entire marketing funnel at KOHO. From driving awareness of the brand, to adoption of products, this role enables the planning and delivery of best-in-class campaigns while supporting community events and organic social initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Growth to bring cohesive marketing programs to life, from brief through to performance readout.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and always-on initiatives

  • Build and execute GTM plans for new features and products driving maximum awareness

  • Translate strategy into channel-level briefs across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints

  • Manage campaign timelines, creative reviews, and approvals to keep launches on track

  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and surface insights that inform future planning

Organic Social Support

  • Contribute to content ideation and calendar planning, connecting brand and product storytelling to what resonates on social

  • Help identify trending moments and cultural opportunities that KOHO can authentically participate in

  • Respond directly within social channels, such as and connect to user success when applicable

Community Events

  • Plan and execute community events (virtual and in-person) that build brand affinity and generate content

  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, promotion plans, budgets, and post-event recaps

  • Enable community-led feedback for product teams

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years in integrated marketing, product marketing or brand marketing, ideally in fintech, tech, or consumer brands

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns including execution

  • Strong project management instincts with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for brand consistency across channels

  • Deeply familiar with organic social channels such as Meta, TikTok and Reddit

  • Experience planning and executing community activations (virtual and in person)

The budgeted salary range for this role is $90,000 - 100,000 CAD / year.

At KOHO, we are dedicated to providing pay transparency to all candidates. Compensation at KOHO is determined through various factors including but not limited to: comparable salary market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, a holistic view of previous work history, and internal pay equity with other KOHO team members.

If you’re energized by challenge, motivated by mission, and want to be part of a team that punches above its weight - we want to hear from you.

The KOHO culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and diverse perspectives. We are committed to building and fostering an inclusive, accessible environment for everyone.
