Ihre Aufgaben:
- Beratung zur Altersvorsorge: Sie analysieren die individuellen Bedürfnisse Ihrer Klienten und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zur Altersvorsorge. Dabei stehen 3a- und 3b-Modelle im Fokus, die Ihnen helfen, Ihren Klienten ein selbstbestimmtes Leben im Alter zu ermöglichen.
- Coaching: Sie unterstützen Ihre Klienten dabei, ihre persönlichen und beruflichen Ziele zu definieren und zu erreichen. Durch gezielte Coaching-Methoden fördern Sie die Selbstreflexion und helfen, neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen.
- Karriereentwicklung: Sie begleiten Ihre Klienten auf ihrem Karriereweg, bieten wertvolle Strategien zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und helfen bei der Identifikation passender Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.
- Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen: Sie schaffen langfristige Vertrauensverhältnisse und bauen ein Netzwerk an zufriedenen Klienten auf, die auf Ihre Expertise setzen.
Ihr Profil:
- Sie sind Quereinsteiger*in mit einer Leidenschaft für Beratung und Coaching. Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Coaching-Bereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Sie besitzen eine hohe soziale Kompetenz und können gut auf Menschen zugehen.
- Sie sind motiviert, Neues zu lernen und sich persönlich sowie fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Sie haben ein Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse und können sich in die Lage Ihrer Klienten hineinversetzen.
- Teamarbeit und eine offene Kommunikation sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
