Position Details Job Title: Commercial Insurance Specialist
Location: 403A-55 Head St, Dundas, Ontario
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in both selling and servicing commercial insurance products, while building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities - Execute daily sales activities and meet performance targets
- Contact clients, schedule appointments, and manage documentation
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to support business growth
- Provide ongoing service to existing commercial clients
- Liaise with Desjardins back office for client support and policy processing
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience in sales (insurance experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong client service focus
Education & Requirements - Post-secondary education (in progress or completed) preferred
- Valid RIBO or OTL license (required)
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: Starting from $80,000 + commission structure
