À quoi s'attendre :


Bilingue L'auditeur principal certifié CWB est responsable de la direction et de la supervision des audits des systèmes de management. Cela inclut d'assumer le rôle de chef d'équipe d'audit, tel que défini dans la norme ISO 19011.


Cela comprend:


Vérification des systèmes de gestion



  • Se conformer aux exigences de vérification applicables

  • Planifier, réaliser et communiquer les résultats des audits des systèmes de gestion

  • Effectuer les vérifications dans les délais impartis par le client (date anniversaire)

  • Examiner et finaliser les mesures correctives mises en œuvre à la suite des non-conformités relevées lors de l'audit, dans les délais prescrits

  • Conserver et protéger les documents relatifs à l'audit

  • Soumettre ces documents au besoin

  • Assurer la confidentialité de ces documents et traiter les renseignements confidentiels en toute discrétion

  • S'acquitter des responsabilités particulières supplémentaires qui lui sont confiées dans le Manuel et les Procédures du Système de gestion

  • Diriger, encadrer et communiquer avec l'équipe d'audit


Promotion des activités de certification, d'enregistrement de la qualité et de formation



  • Développer et maintenir un réseau de contacts professionnels

  • Identifier les prospects et contacter les clients potentiels pour discuter de leurs besoins et des possibilités de services

  • Maintenir une communication régulière pour consolider la relation avec la clientèle

  • Faire un suivi auprès des clients concernant les demandes de clôture afin de les conserver et d'en déterminer la raison


Autres tâches assignées:


Ce poste relève directement du directeur de CWB Consulting & Registration et s'exerce principalement à distance depuis le domicile au Canada. CWB a adopté un modèle de travail privilégiant le télétravail, permettant aux employés de travailler à partir de leur domicile et d'assurer le service à la clientèle dans leur région géographique respective. Nous misons sur une flexibilité totale, encourageant nos employés à adopter un horaire qui leur convient, ainsi qu'à leur équipe et à leurs clients.


Ce que vous apportez:



  • Formation postsecondaire ou expérience professionnelle équivalente

  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience à titre d'auditeur principal

  • Expérience des vérifications tierces

  • Réussite d'une formation accréditée d'auditeur principal ISO 9001

  • Certification d'auditeur principal par un organisme reconnu tel qu'Exemplar Global

  • Capacité à assumer le rôle de chef d'équipe selon la norme ISO 19011

  • Expérience de la qualification ISO 9001

  • Expérience des audits tiers ISO indispensable

  • Solide expérience dans le secteur industriel (de préférence en fabrication métallique)

  • Posséder un bureau à domicile pour effectuer des vérifications au besoin, en utilisant les outils informatiques (Équipes)

  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule personnel

  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, en relations interpersonnelles et en communication

  • Capacités de planification, d’organisation et de suivi

  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office

  • Capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision et de respecter les délais

  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements (Canada et international) dans le territoire désigné, au besoin. Un véhicule personnel et un permis de conduire valide sont obligatoires pour ce poste.

What to expect:


The Bilingual Lead Auditor CWB Registration is responsible for leading and overseeing Management Systems Audits. This includes assuming the role of the Audit Team Leader as defined in ISO 19011.


This includes:


Management Systems Auditing



  • Comply with applicable audit requirements

  • Plan, perform and report the results of management systems audits

  • Conduct audits within the time period defined by the customer’s anniversary date

  • Review and close out the corrective actions taken as a result of the audit non-compliances within the turnaround period defined

  • Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit

  • Submit such documents as required

  • Ensure such documents remain confidential and treat privileged information with discretion

  • Fulfill additional specific responsibilities as assigned in the Management System Manual and Procedures

  • Lead, directs and communicate to the audit team


Promotion of Certification, Quality Registration and Education Activities



  • Develop and maintain business and professional network contacts

  • Identify prospects and contact prospective customers to discuss their needs and the potential opportunity to provide services

  • Sustain ongoing communications to foster the customer relationship

  • Follow up with clients on closure request to save it and determine the reason for closure


Other duties as assigned:


This position reports directly to the Director CWB Consulting & Registration and primarily works remotely from their home office in Canada. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas. We are embracing radical flexibility, where employees are encouraged to work a schedule that works best for them, their team, and their clients.


What you bring to the table:



  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 years Lead Auditor experience

  • Experience with 3rd Party audits

  • Successful completion of an accredited ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course

  • Lead Auditor Certification by a recognized organization such as Exemplar Global

  • Must be able to qualify as Team Leader as defined by ISO 19011

  • Experienced in qualifying ISO 9001

  • Third party ISO auditing experience a must

  • Solid Industrial background (preferably in the metal fabrication area)

  • Have a home office to perform audits when needed utilizing Information Technology (Teams)

  • Have a valid drivers license and vehicle

  • Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrate planning, organizing and follow-up skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet appropriate deadlines

  • Willingness to travel (Canada and international) in designated territory as required, have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS




  • This is a remote, work from home position




  • Travel will be required approximately 30% of the time

  • Experienced in qualifying ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO50001
