CircleCat Mentorship Program 是由循环猫（位于美国纽约州的501c3非盈利组织，其主旨是帮助更多说中文的女性进入科技行业）推出的公益导师项目。你将作为学员（mentee）与经验丰富的导师（科技大厂员工）进行为期三到四个月、每两周一次的线上一对一职业指导，你将获得更好的职业发展建议和支持。

——不是。循环猫导师计划欢迎所有有志于在科技行业发展的女性，无论你是学生、毕业生还是已经在职的从业者。
——志愿者的公司政策要求我们不得宣传志愿者的公司，但你可以理解为FLAG/FAANG中的一个或多个。
——性别不是筛选标准（按性别筛选在美国是违法行为）。您需要向项目委员会证明您真诚地支持Women in tech：过去支持Women in tech的具体行动是招聘依据之一。
——Residency Program 是侧重于项目实践的实习项目，你将会参与实际的技术开发项目，积累行业经验；而 Mentorship Program 更专注于职业发展的规划与指导。如果你申请了 Residency Program，你将自动成为 Mentorship Program 的一员。因此，你可以同时申请这两个项目。
