Chez Canam, nous avons décidé de former une équipe entièrement dédiée au recrutement pour nos différents sites du Québec et c’est pourquoi on a besoin de toi! Ton rôle, en tant que technicien.ne en ressources humaines, sera d’appuyer l’équipe dans le cadre de différentes tâches en lien avec le processus de recrutement.
Quotidiennement, tu effectueras le tri des candidatures reçues, procéderas aux vérifications de références en plus d’organiser les rendez-vous nécessaires au processus de pré-emploi. Pour faciliter ton travail, tu disposeras d'une plateforme en ligne complètement dédiée à notre processus de recrutement. Tes habiletés informatiques seront sollicitées puisque tu seras aussi responsable de maintenir à jour les tableaux de bord en lien avec les statistiques de recrutement. Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités font partie de tes plus grandes forces? Cela dit, c’est ton équipe qui te donnera le plus de satisfaction, car chez Canam, nous sommes un alliage solide de bien-être et de fierté!
