Remote Senior Functional Business Central Consultant

About the Role
Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you’ll serve as a key product expert and trusted advisor, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. You’ll collaborate closely with development and consulting teams, contribute to pre-sales activities, and play a hands-on role in solution design, configuration, training, and support.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Analysis
  
  
  
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processes
  
  
  • Develop detailed analysis reports with actionable recommendations
  
  
  
  


• Solution Implementation
  
  
  
  • Lead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related add-ons
  
  
  • Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and documentation
  
  
  • Deliver user training and post-implementation support
  
  
  
  


• Consulting & Support
  
  
  
  • Provide onsite and remote consulting services
  
  
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose optimized solutions
  
  
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and document functional specifications
  
  
  
  


• Sales Enablement
  
  
  
  • Participate in product demos and contribute to sales cycle activities
    
    
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience


• Strong background in consulting and client-facing roles


• Proven ability to model business processes and translate requirements into solutions


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive stakeholders


• Highly organized, self-motivated, and quality-focused


• Experience with Business Central/NAV Manufacturing or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) is a plus


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, .NET, SharePoint, Power BI)


• Ability to quickly learn new business applications and processes
