The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and can independently resolve client and operational issues while effectively communicating with advisors, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for client service and operational inquiries, answering questions regarding accounts, paperwork, and custodial processes
• Process and manage account openings, transfers, maintenance requests, and cash movements to ensure seamless client experience
• Support financial advisors with account administration and client follow-up to enhance service delivery
• Liaise with custodians to resolve issues efficiently and maintain operational excellence
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met while providing polished, professional client service
