  • Monitor network health, capacity, and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing, and segmentation standards.
  • Manage core network services: DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
  • Implement and support secure remote access solutions (P2S/S2S VPN where applicable).
Security & Compliance:
  • Administer firewall policies, NAT rules, VPN profiles, and security controls aligned to organizational standards.
  • Support network security initiatives such as segmentation, MFA enforcement for remote access, and access control policies.
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation, incident response, and audit/compliance requests as required.
Infrastructure Support (Network-Adjacent):
  • Support connectivity for on‑premises and AD services (Entra ID knowledge preferred), including routing and private network connectivity patterns.
  • Participate in planned maintenance such as patching, firmware updates, and network device lifecycle upgrades.
  • Ensure servers and services are reachable, resilient, and properly secured.
Incident, Change & Vendor Management:
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues (latency, packet loss, Wi‑Fi coverage, VPN instability, DNS resolution issues, etc.).
  • Own or contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Work with vendors/ISPs and service providers for escalations, outages, and service delivery improvements.
Documentation & Standards:
  • Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation: topology diagrams, IP schemas, firewall rule reviews, and VPN configuration baselines.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles for recurring network operations.
Required Competencies:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on network administration experience in a multi‑site environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across network and infrastructure components.
