Were full of ideas to inspire you!great position!Location: Retail StoreReports to: Store Manager Assistant Manager Shift LeaderAs a Sales Associate you are an integral part of your stores team in the areas of customer service sales store maintenance cash procedures replenishment and safety. You will be a member of a team of dedicated people committed to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers. Stuff youll do:Act as a Kitchen Stuff Plus ambassador by professionally representing the store and the company Build customer relationships by proving exceptional customer service Follow the 5 Non-Negotiables of ProductivityResolve and escalate customer matters as requiredMaintain knowledge of product selection location features and benefits and in-store promotions and marketing initiativesWork in partnership with team members to achieve store goalsComplete cash transactions Perform basic shipping and receiving proceduresAdhere to KSPs Health and Safety Policy and Program Perform other directives as assignedStuff we need from you:Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with easeLift up to 40lbsLadder use up to 10 feetStand/walk for 8 hoursFlexibility in scheduling including extended days evenings and weekendsWork additional shifts during peak holiday seasonStuff that matters to us:Our Differences are what make us great!Kitchen Stuff Plus encourages supports and celebrates a diverse and inclusive environment for all.
