WhatYoullDo

• Help guests plan book andmodifyreservations across hotels attractions and transportation within Canada and the USA

• Deliver exceptional service across phone email and chat

• Identifyopportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and cross-selling

• Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Maintainaccuratebookings and guest information across multiple systems

• Stay current on products promotions and destinations

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• 1 years in customer service hospitality retail or contact centre environments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools

• Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings weekends and holidays)

• To honour our commitment to be Always Honest all employees must consent to a criminal record check

Preferred

• Experience in travel hospitality or reservations

• Familiarity with systems such as InntopiaMaestroVentrataCRM toolsandtelephony platforms

• Experience in sales or upselling environments

Compensation

• Starting wage: $18.50/hour
