Since the company’s founding at Stanford’s social algorithm laboratory in 2012, global corporations, executive education providers, and training firms have relied on NovoEd to develop high-value capabilities through purposeful practice and application, coaching and mentorship, and group collaboration.

NovoEd’s proven approach to learning connects diverse groups of learners, mentors, and leaders in a high-impact online environment; unlocking an organization’s collective knowledge and driving measurable outcomes.

Our platform powers collaborative learning experiences for enterprise organizations, Fortune 500 companies, universities, and global training providers. Social learning and collaboration are not only core to our product, they are part of our company’s DNA.

Who Are You?

Are you passionate about building meaningful digital products that solve complex problems and deliver real value to customers? Do you believe learning can transform individuals, teams, and organizations? Are you excited about the opportunity to shape the future of learning through AI-enabled technology?

More importantly, do you thrive with ownership and autonomy?

As a Senior Product Manager at NovoEd, you will lead the strategy and development of the Creator Platform and High-Impact Learning capabilities within our Learn+ product. This platform enables organizations to create, repurpose, manage, and personalize learning content while delivering engaging collaborative learning experiences at scale.

What Will You Do?

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Creator Platform within NovoEd’s Learn+ product, enabling organizations to create, manage, and scale collaborative learning experiences.

  • Conduct continuous customer discovery across enterprise organizations, executive education programs, training companies, and mid-market businesses to identify opportunities and validate product direction.

  • Own product initiatives from problem definition through release and iteration, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions that balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches, enable customer adoption, and help communicate product value.

  • Use data and customer insights to measure product impact, improve adoption, and expand how customers use the platform.

  • Collaborate directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback, demonstrate product capabilities, and inform product strategy.

What Skills Are Needed For This Role?

  • 5+ years of product management experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products

  • Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex product challenges into clear, elegant solutions

  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products using Agile development methodologies

  • Experience building or launching AI-powered product capabilities, including those leveraging large language models

  • Understanding of how to use AI to create meaningful customer value in product experiences

  • Ability to utilize AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, development, and iteration

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make thoughtful prioritization and roadmap decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and customers

  • Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams including product marketing and sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building products for learning platforms, education technology, or knowledge platforms

  • Experience building products used by enterprise learning and development teams

  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and align teams around product direction

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail

  • Interest in leveraging AI technologies to transform how learning content is created, personalized, and delivered

Why Will You Love NovoEd?

  • A collaborative and mission-driven work environment

  • The opportunity to build technology that helps organizations develop people and drive real behavior change

  • A team that values curiosity, learning, and innovation

  • Fun remote collaborative events such as virtual interactive classes, happy hours, and more

  • Company-sponsored professional development

  • Paid parental leave for parents

  • Flexible vacation days

  • Comprehensive health care coverage
