Job description

NOTRE ENGAGEMENT

VOTRE MISSION

  • Effectuer la prise de commande téléphonique ;
  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients et un bon service à la clientèle ;
  • Recevoir les commandes de béton et les répartir aux opérateurs de bétonnière ;
  • Planifier la cédule de travail journalière selon la convention collective (horaire de chargement et de livraison) ;
  • Opérer la centrale à béton pour mélanger les constituants (granulats, ciment, eau, adjuvants) selon les recettes spécifiées en vue d’effectuer les mélanges de béton ; incluant l’opération du chargeur sur roues ;
  • Effectuer le suivi des demandes de crédit ;
  • Coordonner l’horaire de maintenance des bétonnières, des équipements et de l’usine ;
  • Collaborer dans l’optimisation et l’uniformisation des processus et des systèmes ;
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement des opérations;
  • S’assurer de respecter des normes de qualité béton par le client et des normes SST de la compagnie;
  • Supporter le superviseur aux opérations dans ses tâches ainsi que le doseur ;
  • Effectuer le relâche de ciment selon les besoins des opérations;
  • Commander les adjuvants, blocs et agrégats (suivis des inventaires);
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches lorsque requis.

VOTRE ADN

  • Être à l’aise avec les différents outils informatiques ;
  • Effectuer l’entretien et réparation de l’usine (un tout);
  • Avoir du leadership, de l’initiative et le sens de l’organisation ;
  • Avoir une bonne communication ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et de travailler sous pression;
  • Expérience de travail dans une usine de béton préparé (un atout) ;
  • Être capable d’opérer l’usine en vue d’effectuer les mélanges de béton;
  • Permis de conduire de classe 3 (un atout).
