We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for one of our global medical devices clients to support the ongoing growth and expansion of their HQ based in Markham. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and Sales Representatives by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness. This individual will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
