Job description
Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a dependable and hardworking Experienced Construction Labourer to support a variety of construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with previous construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes safety seriously, and is eager to contribute to a productive job site.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $20-24/hr, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturdays as required

Position Summary:
• Assist with general construction and site preparation activities
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks on-site
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and material handling as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow site safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other labour-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of construction labour experience
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
• Experience using common construction hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points For:
• Construction safety certifications (CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection, etc.)
• Experience operating skid steers, telehandlers, or other equipment
