  • Deep expertise in financial planning, investment and insurance products, and the Canadian advisor marketplace.

  • Strong experience in sales performance management, pipeline optimization, and CRM-enabled sales operations (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LLQP, MFDA, or IIROC licensing; CFP designation (or progress toward designation).

  • University degree preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Group Retirement Savings, wealth management, and retail advisory distribution models.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within financial services.

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives, including scaling teams, optimizing client journeys, or evolving go-to-market strategies.

  • Demonstrated success developing future leaders and building succession pipelines.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
