Your Impact
In this role, you will not just manage tasks—you will drive our warehouse efficiency forward. You will:

Orchestrate High-Reach Maneuvers: Safely and precisely operate a stand-up reach truck through narrow aisles and high-bay racking systems.

Execute Order Fulfillment: Utilize RF scanning technology to locate, pull, and verify customer orders with speed and flawless accuracy.

Secure Shipments: Expertly stack, wrap, and stage pallets to ensure products are perfectly prepared for safe transport.

Optimize Product Flow: Manage stock rotation and clear the production floor using various warehouse equipment to maintain peak operational momentum.

Champion Safety and Quality: Maintain a pristine workspace, actively audit inventory to catch discrepancies, and uphold strict safety protocols.

Adapt on the Fly: Seamlessly transition between precision machinery operation and heavy manual lifting to support the team wherever needed.

Who You Are
To step into this role seamlessly, you must bring the following to the table:

Certified Expert: You possess a valid Reach Truck certification / forklift ticket.

Proven Track Record: You have at least 1 year of dedicated reach truck experience, including a minimum of 6 months specifically working with high warehouse shelving.

Reliable Commuter: You own and drive your own vehicle to ensure dependable daily transit to our Edmonton facility.

Action-Oriented: You are available to start immediately and are genuinely seeking a permanent, long-term career home.

Accurate Picking & Packing: Hand-select and pack orders quickly and precisely to keep shipments moving.

Tech-Driven Tracking: Use digital scanners and inventory software to track stock levels in real time.

Safe Operations: Safely handle, load, and unload goods within a dynamic production setting.

Workspace Ownership: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Reliable Team Player: Bring a dependable work ethic to the team, collaborating daily to hit performance goals

Qualifications
6+ months of hands-on warehouse or production experience required.
Valid reach truck certification and prior operating experience are mandatory.
Reliable personal transportation (own vehicle) is strongly recommended due to limited public transit access.
Absolute compliance with all workplace safety regulations and procedures.
Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
