Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for emergency department patients. Provide safe evidence-based nursing interventions for patients with acute and complex healthcare needs. Triage and prioritize patient care based on clinical urgency and established protocols. Collaborate with physicians allied health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to changes in clinical status. Administer medications treatments and emergency interventions as required. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with NS Health standards. Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs. Provide education and support to patients and families. Demonstrate leadership and mentorship within the clinical team environment.
Required Education:
