ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manager In Training you are a sales-driver and a fitness-lover. You will overseewith the support of a local franchiseea team of Sales Associates and Fitness Coaches managing the day-to-day execution of the OTF sales program and driving positive net member addition to promoting the OTF brand in and outside of the studio you will engage with our members in a genuine and friendly manner while motivating and encouraging each and every person to reach their fitness goals.

• Experience leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
• Eagerness to train mentor and manage your team on sales marketing and prospecting
• Execution of marketing social media and outreach strategies to drive membership sales
• Confidence to perform on a guaranteed salary along with an incentive-based bonus

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
