The Opportunity:
The Recreation Therapy Aide assists in the assessment planning implementation evaluation and daily operations of therapeutic recreation programs. As a member of the Resident Care Team the Recreation Therapy Aide assists in the rehabilitation process of the residents to encourage functioning at their maximum potential of independence.
