Job description

If you have experience working in assisted living facilities independent living facilities senior living facilities nursing homes or home care wed love for you to join our team. Working as a caregiver at Senior Helpers of Vancouver provides a unique opportunity for a truly rewarding career in a field you can be proud of.   • Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
  • Assist with all instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) as assigned
  • Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
Qualifications:
  • Caring and Compassionateyou enjoy helping others
  • Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
  • Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset
  • Professional proficiency in Cantonese is required to communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • Experience working with seniors and the older adult (preferred)
