This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to join us ina key support role across the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!

If you excel at customer service, have a passion for client care, and a love for animals, we are excited to meet you! Animal handling and previous veterinary experience or a certificate are required.

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

We are a neighbourhood hospital with 2 Veterinarians and support staff dedicated to providing compassionate care and exceptional quality care for small companion animals.

This is a dual role for the right person who enjoys variety and making a difference in pets’ lives:

• You enjoy greeting clients in a friendly manner, addressing their requests and concerns and taking the time to build lasting relationships

• You can multitask, performing various administrative duties

• You are always willing to lend a hand, assisting Veterinarians and Technicians with various tasks and treatment of pet patients

• You are compassionate and caring while feeding and walking pet patients

• The patient’s comfort is important to you, so you are responsible for cleaning kennels and completing general hospital maintenance tasks.

• You are flexible and able to work days and evenings from Monday to Saturday
