  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Legal, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate contract approvals and alignment.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of reviewed contracts, amendments, and related correspondence in line with data integrity and confidentiality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancements to contract review workflows, tools, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); develop and update templates for contractual documents.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate contract status, risks, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
  • Training & Guidance: Coach colleagues on contract review best practices, legal terminology, and critical compliance requirements.
  • Vendor & Partner Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for external counterparties during contract negotiations, clarifications, and resolution of contractual issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract review/management within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or radiopharmaceutical organization.
  • In-depth familiarity with relevant legal frameworks, industry regulations, and contract types (including CDAs, CTAs, MSAs, supply agreements, and collaboration contracts).
  • Strong awareness of GMP/GCP/GLP guidelines as they pertain to contractual obligations and operational practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and clear documentation of contract terms and deviations.
  • Proficiency in contract management tools or platforms (such as SAP, DocuSign, or similar).
  • Advanced skills in document analysis, Excel, and data review.
  • Ability to learn, adapt to changing requirements, and take initiative in resolving challenges.
