Advantages
Pay rate: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts
Location: Cobourg, ON
Work Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Utilizing hand and power tools to safely assemble high-quality roof trusses according to specifications.
- Interpreting production orders, shop drawings, and templates for accurate assembly.
- Accurately measuring, selecting, and cutting appropriate lumber grades for each project.
- Conducting visual checks on joints, plates, and dimensions to maintain strict quality control.
- Maintaining a clean, hazard-free workstation and ensuring tools are properly cared for.
- Handling repetitive heavy lifting, including order picking and lumber stacking, to keep production moving efficiently.

Qualifications
- Experience as an assembler using hand and power tools.
- Experience working in manufacturing or construction environments.
- An eye for details and precision.
- Physically able to stand for long hours and lift 50lbs+ as needed.
- Reliable transportation to the Cobourg work site.
