Lead critical mechanical design initiatives as a Senior Mechanical Pumping Engineer at Associated Engineering in Vancouver or Victoria. Focus on state-of-the-art pump stations and valve systems. As part of our Conveyance Group, you will harness your knowledge of hydraulics to oversee the full design lifecycle, from reports to construction documentation. Collaborating with First Nations teams and various engineering divisions, your contributions will enhance client service and project outcomes. Your role will also involve guiding teams through design preparation and execution, ensuring quality and safety in all projects. Key Responsibilities: • Author and review detailed design reports and estimates • Lead hydraulic analyses and system specifications • Collaborate with various disciplinary teams for designs • Coordinate preparation of layouts and schematic designs • Conduct field reviews during construction projects Requirements: • Hold an accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience • Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer • Familiarity with AutoCAD and related software tools • Valid BC driver’s license necessary Bring your expertise in hydraulic systems and collaborative spirit to Associated Engineering and help shape impactful engineering solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
