Job description
Elevate retail operations as a proactive Assistant Store Manager. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and motivate your team. In this role, you will support daily store management and ensure exceptional customer service. Oversee staff activities, assist with merchandising, and resolve any escalated issues. Your leadership skills will shine as you train and develop team members while maintaining store security and cleanliness.
