Job description
Oversee grocery department functions and inspire team success by enhancing customer service. Ensure strong operational performance while fostering a culture of inclusivity. This role focuses on managing grocery department operations to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training associates, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting regular communications with store leadership to achieve unified goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining clean and safe environments while actively seeking talented individuals to join your team.
