  • Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service offerings and proactively driving on‑sell and expansion opportunities for WFA and/or across business lines.
  • Proactively support on‑selling, through excellent delivery, on‑going relationships with clients and shaping next steps or future work.
  • Develop long‑term client relationships and networks, fostering deep connections with clients and other EY team members across all practices.

Practice Development

  • Lead practice development and service offering initiatives, inclusive of team leadership, project management, and execution.
  • Responsible for supporting the development of our People Consulting practice by enhancing change management methodologies, driving the creation of related intellectual property, and developing go‑to‑market materials for the Organizational Change Management service offering.

  • Stay up to date on latest industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and bring best practice to clients.

People Leadership and Teaming

  • Exemplify EY values and demonstrate a strong investment in the practice, our people, and their experience.
