Job description
Join Baker Tilly as a Senior Tax Manager in Dartmouth, NS, or work remotely from Ontario. Your contribution will enhance our clients' businesses through your in-depth tax knowledge and strategic thinking. In this pivotal role, you'll lead tax planning efforts, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique challenges. Your experience in reviewing tax documentation will be essential, as will your ability to mentor and cultivate future leaders within our team. Engage with all levels of staff and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that strengthen our culture. Key Responsibilities: • Implement effective tax planning assignments for clients • Review individual and corporate tax filings for accuracy • Consult with clients on complex tax issues • Identify potential client service opportunities • Develop staff through training and mentoring opportunities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required • CPA designation preferred • Over 7 years of tax experience, focusing on private enterprises • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated with exceptional communication abilities Bring your skills to Baker Tilly and help us make a difference in the tax landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
