Job description
Lead sales excellence as a Sales Manager focused on Construction and Forestry Equipment. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes strategic growth and team leadership in a prominent firm.

As a Sales Manager in a leadership position, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies while mentoring your team. Your focus will be on enhancing market share and driving financial success through relationship building and operational oversight. The role offers a chance to effect significant impact within the heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and quotas • Lead recruitment and coaching of sales teams • Strengthen relationships with key customers and partners • Oversee inventory and financial performance management • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred • 7+ years in direct sales or 3–5 years in management • Proficient in sales forecasting and budgeting • Excellent relationship-building and analytical skills • Willingness to travel as needed
