Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle personal injury, class action, and civil litigation files from opening to closing
- Draft and review correspondence, pleadings, and notices
- Schedule appointments, trials, case planning conferences, and other legal proceedings
- Assign tasks to legal assistants and schedulers as necessary
- Maintain file organization, bring forward system, and court diary
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of court rules and procedures
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and legal document preparation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be a licensed paralegal
