Key Responsibilities
:Support day‑to‑day sales activities and customer interactionsEngage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetingsLearn and follow the sales process, tools, and CRM systemsPrepare sales materials, follow‑ups, and internal reportingBuild foundational knowledge of products, customers, and the Canadian marketCollaborate closely with internal teams to support account needsContinuously develop sales skills through coaching and feedback Required experienceWe are looking for:Some previous exposure to sales or customer‑facing roles (internship, contract, inside sales, retail, customer success, or similar) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop professionally Comfortable engaging with customers and handling objections at a basic level Ability to manage time, priorities, and repetitive tasks effectively Legally authorized to work in Canada Nice to HaveExperience using CRM tools or sales tracking systemsExposure to B2B sales environmentsBachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
