Main Responsibilities
Supervise the construction of new multi-residential buildings (from duplex to 24 units or less)
Ensure effective coordination of subcontractors on site
Ensure compliance with deadlines, plans, and quality standards
Detect, anticipate, and resolve technical unforeseen issues
Collaborate closely with a young project manager in place, ensuring a complementary role (pilot/co-pilot)
Actively participate in planning activities on site
Ensure rigorous quality control and oversee health and safety at work
Promote a good atmosphere and team spirit on site
Desired Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in new multi-residential construction
Experience in residential expansion projects: an asset
Asset: field experience with progression to a supervisory position
Good knowledge of construction methods, urban constraints, and working in confined spaces
Positive leadership, proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to coach
Ability to work with simple tools (spreadsheets) — specialized software is not yet implemented

Competitive salary: $110,000 to $125,000 based on experience
