Position Overview

We’relooking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational lead for the Informed Design & Industrialized Construction Marketing portfolio. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and sits within an incubation environment. Itis responsible forbuilding, scaling, and operationalizing marketing programs for a growing and evolving business area.

In this capacity,you’llestablishthe systems, processes, and insights that enable the team to test, learn, and scale effectively—whilemaintainingstrong operational discipline, data integrity, and alignment with centralized standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up.

Success in this role means translating marketing strategy into scalable operating models,establishingreliable measurement and attribution frameworks, and driving measurable pipeline contribution in close partnership with Sales. Over time, you will help create the clarity, structure, and visibilityrequiredto move from experimentation to repeatable growth.

This is an opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a high-growth marketing portfolio within an emerging category.You’llhelp define how we scale intelligently, measure what matters, and build a modern, AI-enabled marketing engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing operations owner for the Industrialized Construction & Informed Design portfolio, including process design, lifecycle management, measurement frameworks, and systems alignment

  • Identifyand implement AI-enabled automation, segmentation, reporting, or workflow enhancements that improve speed, data quality, and decision-makingwhile ensuring responsible AI usage and governance alignment

  • Partner with central Marketing Ops, Sales, and Product Marketing to align tooling, lifecycle definitions, governance, and execution standards

  • Design andmaintainreliable lead capture, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management frameworks that ensure data integrity and seamless Sales handoff

  • Develop andmaintainreporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance, experimentation outcomes, lifecycle conversion, pipeline impact, and marketing ROI

  • Establish campaign tracking, automation, UTM governance, and measurement standards to ensure consistency and performance visibility across initiatives

  • Enable rapid experimentation whilemaintaininggovernance, compliance, and best practicesincluding data privacy, brand standards, and platform integrity

  • Identifyoperational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology within a B2B environment

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM-based marketing ecosystems, including hands-on experience with Salesforce and ensuring reliable lead flow, data integrity, and reporting

  • Experience designing ormaintaininglead capture, routing/scoring, lifecycle stages, and Sales handoff processes

  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing strategy and experimentation into scalable operational frameworks and measurable outcomes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance signals and drive continuous improvement

  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales,RevOps, and centralized operations teams in a B2B go-to-market environment

  • Strong communicationand documentation skills; able to enable cross-functional partners to adopt new processes and ways of working

  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments and influencing without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting marketing efforts tied to new products, emerging business areas, or incubation-stage initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and project management tools such asAirtable

  • Experience applying AI within marketing operations beyond basic productivity use cases

  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy standards, and responsible AI practices in a marketing context

  • Experience working within matrixed or globally distributed teams

  • Exposure to the AECO, construction, manufacturing, or industrial technology space

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable des opérations marketing chargé(e) de diriger les opérations du portefeuille marketing « Informed Design & Industrialized Construction ». Ce poste relèvera directement du Directeur du marketing et s’inscrira dans un environnement d’incubation. Il consistera à mettre en place, développer et opérationnaliser des programmes marketing pour un secteur d’activité en pleine croissance et en constante évolution.

À ce titre, vous mettrez en place les systèmes, les processus et les analyses qui permettront à l’équipe de tester, d’apprendre et de se développer efficacement, tout en maintenant une discipline opérationnelle rigoureuse, l’intégrité des données et le respect des normes centralisées. Il s’agit d’un poste pratique destiné à une personne qui s’épanouit dans l’ambiguïté et qui aime construire à partir de zéro.

Réussir dans ce poste signifie traduire la stratégie marketing en modèles opérationnels évolutifs, mettre en place des cadres de mesure et d’attribution fiables, et générer une contribution mesurable au pipeline en étroite collaboration avec les ventes. Au fil du temps, vous contribuerez à créer la clarté, la structure et la visibilité nécessaires pour passer de l’expérimentation à une croissance reproductible.

Il s’agit d’une opportunité de façonner l’épine dorsale opérationnelle d’un portefeuille marketing à forte croissance au sein d’une catégorie émergente. Vous contribuerez à définir comment nous évoluons de manière intelligente, à mesurer ce qui compte et à construire de A à Z un moteur marketing moderne, basé sur l’IA.

Responsabilités

  • Assumer le rôle de responsable principal des opérations marketing pour le portefeuille Construction industrialisée et Conception éclairée, y compris la conception des processus, la gestion du cycle de vie, les cadres de mesure et l’alignement des systèmes

  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations basées sur l’IA en matière d’automatisation, de segmentation, de reporting ou de flux de travail afin d’améliorer la rapidité, la qualité des données et la prise de décision, tout en garantissant une utilisation responsable de l’IA et l’alignement de la gouvernance

  • Collaborer avec les équipes centrales des opérations marketing, des ventes et du marketing produit pour harmoniser les outils, les définitions du cycle de vie, la gouvernance et les normes d’exécution

  • Concevoir et maintenir des cadres fiables de capture, d’acheminement, de notation et de gestion du cycle de vie des prospects qui garantissent l’intégrité des données et un transfert fluide vers les ventes

  • Développer et maintenir des cadres de reporting et des tableaux de bord offrant une visibilité sur les performances des campagnes, les résultats des expérimentations, la conversion tout au long du cycle de vie, l'impact sur le pipeline et le retour sur investissement marketing

  • Mettre en place des normes de suivi des campagnes, d'automatisation, de gouvernance UTM et de mesure afin de garantir la cohérence et la visibilité des performances à travers toutes les initiatives

  • Permettre une expérimentation rapide tout en maintenant la gouvernance, la conformité et les meilleures pratiques, notamment en matière de confidentialité des données, de normes de marque et d'intégrité de la plateforme

  • Identifier les lacunes opérationnelles et recommander de manière proactive des solutions évolutives

Qualifications minimales

  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience dans les opérations marketing ou les technologies marketing au sein d’un environnement B2B

  • Solide connaissance pratique des écosystèmes marketing basés sur le CRM, y compris une expérience concrète de Salesforce et la garantie d’un flux de prospects fiable, de l’intégrité des données et du reporting

  • Expérience dans la conception ou la maintenance de processus de capture de prospects, de routage/notation, de gestion des étapes du cycle de vie et de transfert vers les ventes

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience dans le soutien d’efforts marketing liés à de nouveaux produits, à des domaines d’activité émergents ou à des initiatives en phase d’incubation

  • Expérience pratique des plateformes d’automatisation du marketing telles que Marketo et des outils de gestion de projet tels qu’Airtable

  • Expérience dans l’application de l’IA au sein des opérations marketing au-delà des cas d’utilisation de base liés à la productivité

  • Connaissance de la gouvernance des données, des normes de confidentialité et des pratiques responsables en matière d’IA dans un contexte marketing

  • Expérience de travail au sein d’équipes matricielles ou réparties à l’échelle mondiale

  • Connaissance du secteur AECO, de la construction, de la fabrication ou des technologies industrielles
