Our New Westminster based real estate client is seeking an experienced Leasing Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 + Benefits
Location: New Westminster, in-office
Responsible:
* Prepare, review, and maintain commercial lease agreements and documents
* Track lease renewals, expirations, and options, ensuring timely and accurate execution of lease agreements
* Act as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and providing information on lease terms and conditions
* Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and legal teams to resolve any lease-related issues
* Maintain accurate records of lease documents, amendments, and other related paperwork
* Generate reports on lease status, revenue, and occupancy rates as needed
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and local leasing requirements
* Assist in preparing documentation for tenant improvement projects, leasing proposals, and rental rate adjustments
Successful Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing administration
* Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and real estate terminology
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
