What Youll Do

• Support projects from concept through construction site analysis schematic & detailed design permitting construction documentation and contract administration.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables -graphics reports drawings and presentation materials.
• Develop detailed landscape construction drawings (2D and 3D) including grading planting hardscape details and schedules.
• Coordinate drawings with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency accuracy and constructability.
• Assist with permit submissions agency coordination and responses to technical comments.
• Maintain organized project files and contribute to quality control and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with peers and senior staff and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

What Were Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA). Two (2) years of experience
• Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects working towards full membership.
• Experienced in contributing to full project design lifecycles with demonstrated experience producing full drawing sets for tender and construction.
• Exposure to public realm projects such as parks streetscapes transit facilities or municipal infrastructure is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with MicroStation SketchUp Revit Civil 3D Land F/X Lumion or similar 3D/BIM tools is an asset.

Preferred Requirements

• 3 years of professional practice in landscape architecture or urban design.
• Experience with construction administration.
