Qualifications & Skills

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Experience in an HR, payroll, or corporate operations role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
  • Proven experience managing WCB claims or disability files
  • Exposure to or involvement in a Joint Health & Safety Committee
  • Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and workplace safety practices
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Comfortable working with automation tools, digital workflows, and AI-enabled platforms
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
