Job description
Step into a leading role at Westinghouse as a Supplier Quality Specialist. This hybrid position in Ontario emphasizes supplier oversight and ensuring product quality meets strict standards.

As a Principal Supplier Quality Specialist, you'll oversee supplier verification, mentoring teams, and developing quality assurance strategies. Reporting to the Director of Supplier Quality, your responsibilities extend from managing complex procurement plans to ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will produce essential certification documents and evaluate supplier QA plans.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead verification activities for supplier compliance • Ensure effective execution of supplier oversight plans • Develop supplier surveillance strategies • Create certification documentation for compliance • Assess and evaluate supplier quality plans

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline • Minimum 5 years in a supplier oversight role • Lead auditor qualifications preferred • Knowledge of NRC Regulations and quality assurance standards • Experience with NDE techniques and relevant practices
