Job description
Foundation Health offers flexible Family Physician roles in the Greater Toronto Area, promoting a collaborative approach to patient care and efficient administrative practices. We are hiring Family Physicians for both full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the GTA. Our clinics focus on modernizing primary care while supporting family physicians with minimal administrative burden, allowing ample time for patient interactions. Your role will include preventive care, health education, and comprehensive patient management across various demographics. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat patients of all ages • Perform routine check-ups and essential screenings • Provide health education tailored to individual needs • Carry out basic medical procedures and manage diagnostics • Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams Requirements: • Current CPSO certification and good standing • Certified by College of Family Physicians of Canada • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Commitment to medical education and ethics • Preference for candidates with community experience Become part of a team dedicated to innovation in healthcare delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
