Job description

You will provide vital administrative assistance while managing client documentation and conducting assessments for tailored financial and insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a compliance-oriented, client-first environment and be proactive in operational tasks. Opportunities for professional growth into a licensed MFDA Associate are available.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver daily administrative support to the wealth management team • Maintain organized records and manage scheduling tasks • Conduct needs assessments for financial planning • Guide clients through insurance applications and planning • Collaborate with specialists to generate effective solutions

Requirements: • Financial planning or insurance designation is an asset • Experience in insurance or financial planning is preferred • Excellent multitasking and communication abilities • High professionalism and integrity in client interactions • Competence with financial and office software
