This hands-on, physically demanding night shift role requires strength, stamina, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently as part of a high-performing team.

Job Description

• Assist with the production of various precast projects
• Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production
• Be prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training
• Follow directions and work independently or with a crew
• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
