As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care topatients with life-threatening conditions and complex medical needs in
intensive care settings. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring, assessing,
and managing critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments of critically
ill patients, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting diagnostic tests,
and evaluating medical histories.
Develop and implement individualized care plans
in collaboration with the healthcare team, addressing the unique needs of each
patient.
Administer medications, intravenous therapies,
and other treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety
protocols.
Provide continuous monitoring and support for
patients using advanced medical equipment and technology.
Educate patients and their families about
