Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced FabricationSupervisor to lead manufacturing operations within our HVAC production plant. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills to oversee fabrication teams, maintain high production standards, and ensure safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, HVAC systems, and a proven track record in manufacturing supervision.

Schedule : 44 hours per week, Morning Shift : Monday - Thursday, 6am - 3 : 30pm; Friday, 6am - 2 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sheet metal workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily production activities to meet project deadlines
• Mentor, and evaluate staff, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee equipment including press brake, shear, laser table, cut-to-length line, notcher, and forklifts
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials, and maintenance activities
